• 2 eggs
How to prepare
1- Boil 2 liters of water with a pinch of salt.
2- Cook the potatoes then mash them.
3- Mix the mashed potatoes, eggs and the flour.
4- Put flour until the dough loosens from your hand.
5- Roll the dough and cut into small cubes.
6- Put the cubes dough into the boiled water and cook for 20 minutes.
7- Drain the water.
8- Add tthe sauce of your choice and sprinkle grated cheese .
