I'm Gabriel Henrique and I'm 13 years old. About 3 years, I played a lot of videogames, and I wasn't doing too well at school and got my lowest grade at school.
However, my parents They decided not to let me play video games midweek.
My father also put me on a course called Kumon.
After I joined Kumon, my math and English grades improved a lot.
Now, I got a lot better at school, and I also got used to the idea of using the video game only on weekends.

I’m Eduardo and I'm 13 years old. About 4 years ago, I was addicted to the social media YouTube. During vacations or on a Saturday/Sunday, I would usually spend from 6 to 9 hours of my day watching videos.
My parents were the first to notice that I was spending too much time on my cellphone. So they put a limit of hours per day that could use it.
I also didn’t practice any sports. This eventually led me to trying some activities, like running and swimming, which is my current favorite sport.
Now I spend from 1 to 3 hours on my cellphone and I can easily see myself living without it, with the only exception of searching something or sending messages.
My physical health is also a lot better. I sleep 8 hours a day, walk 12 kilometers every week, drink 2 liters of water per day, try to have a balanced diet and do swimming classes.
